Today we went out for some exploring around the Mackay area. We were heading to Eungalla national park on the way we crossed a few rivers and stopped the water is so clear here.
We went up the hill of Eungalla park we were here 9 years ago with our little ford festiva it almost died going up the hill but it made it. This time in the Triton it went a lot better still taking it slow though. The road is windy and tight.
Up the hill it’s a isolated beautiful area I always fantasize what it would be like to live. Lots of rain forest and beautiful creeks.
the other paradise we found today by accident was Finch Hatton Gorge. Another stunning area lots of rocky creeks crystal clear water. There was a long walk there but we were to lazy 😃. Last night at the dam then heading down south.
