On the way to Hunter Valley , we stopped in a little town Bulahdelah, we camped at Bowling Club , it only $25 a night with power and water. Bulahdela is a little country town and it had a good bakery and Butcher.
We explored the area and visited The National Motorcycle Museum in Nabiac.
This museum was huge, it has so many collections, more than 1000+ bikes and vintage cars, bikes /auto shop tools , toys and miniature auto village…..
First impression was “The Auto Village”
It was so much fun watch the story behind the auto village, whatever who created this miniature village must spent so much time and patience to made this. Lilia was staying there keep telling me what its happening in the village , and what “people” do, just like little kid so funny .
When you entry into the shed, the only thing you do is …..WOW…….
and you will not believe that 80% of bike still running!!
Main section collections
2nd Sections collections
3rd Sections Collections
Just so many collections, pretty easy spend the whole day there. The entry fee only cost $15 per person, it was a surprice how cheap it was, and the most impressed was the whole museum has no dust at all , every single bike was polished , super shinny and floor was sparkling clean. The museum was running by volunteers, people took turns to keep this museum clean and open to the public, how amazing job they did.
Loved this surprise adventure, we spent hours here , just so much to see and read, the old and the new collections were just amazing. 100% worth to visit!!
Big thank you to for all volunteers hard work and keep this place going so well .
Hi Lilia & Ruben,
What a great museum. We can’t believe the size of it and just how many bikes there were. I’m sending this left-right to a few of our friends who have a love of motor cycles. They will be impressed.
So glad you both are exploring every town as we love your commentaries.
Love to you both. 💕
